Facilities at airfields and heliports vary, but there is normally a waiting area or lounge where if time permits, you will be offered complimentary tea and coffee whilst waiting for your flight departure.

At major airports guests may make use of the VIP executive lounges.

IN-FLIGHT SERVICES

On aeroplane flights or large helicopters light refreshments and snacks are available.

Business and Executive Class aeroplanes and helicopters include complimentary newspapers/magazines and a mini bar.

Champagne is available upon request.
